1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThermalCrop ("ThermalCrop", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://thermalcrop.com and its associated client-side label reformatting software.

By accessing or using ThermalCrop, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

ThermalCrop is a browser-based utility designed to help e-commerce sellers, businesses, and individuals crop standard 8.5×11 inch PDF shipping documents into industry-standard 4×6 inch (288×432 pt) thermal printer formats.

All processing operates client-side within the user's browser, preserving native vector graphics and barcode geometry without sending documents to any remote server.

3. Trademark & Non-Affiliation Disclaimers

Trademark Notices: USPS, Click-N-Ship, United States Postal Service, eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Amazon, Shopify, Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra, Brother, and DYMO are registered trademarks of their respective owners. ThermalCrop is an independent productivity utility. ThermalCrop is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the aforementioned companies or their subsidiaries.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ThermalCrop to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Modify, alter, or forge postal indicia, tracking numbers, or carrier authorization markers in violation of postal regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client-side WebAssembly and JavaScript engines for unlawful exploitation.
Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or malicious code through the service interface.

5. Paid Licenses & Restorations

ThermalCrop offers optional paid Day Passes and Lifetime Pro licenses for high-volume users:

One-Time Payments: Paid licenses are one-time charges handled securely via Stripe, with no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated.
License Restoration: Users can restore active licenses using the Stripe Checkout Session ID provided in their receipt email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THERMALCROP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While ThermalCrop utilizes pure vector clipping to maintain barcode readability, the user is solely responsible for verifying the alignment, print quality, and scannability of their printed labels before handing packages to postal carriers.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THERMALCROP, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING CARRIER DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE.
