ThermalCrop ("we", "us", or "our") operates the web application located at https://thermalcrop.com. We believe user privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy discloses our data practices, in-browser processing architecture, local storage usage, and third-party advertising disclosures in strict accordance with Google AdSense program policies.

3. Documents and Label Data Privacy

When you upload an 8.5×11 inch shipping PDF (from USPS, eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Shopify, or other carriers), the document is parsed, cropped, scaled, and exported entirely within your browser's local memory.

No label files or images are sent to any remote server or third-party cloud.
No OCR or address parsing data is extracted or stored externally.
When you close your browser tab or click "Reset", all file buffers in memory are immediately disposed of and garbage-collected.

4. Local Storage and Client-Side State

ThermalCrop utilizes your browser's local storage (localStorage) strictly for application functionality:

Maintaining your daily free label quota counter so you know how many free exports you have remaining.
Storing cryptographic proof of purchased Day Passes or Lifetime Pro licenses so you retain access without needing an account or password.
Saving your preferred crop inset preferences (e.g. 0 pt, 10 pt, 14 pt).

Local storage data resides exclusively on your local device and is never synchronized to tracking servers.

5. Payments and Billing Information

If you choose to purchase an optional Day Pass or Lifetime Pro license, all payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. ThermalCrop never sees, stores, or handles credit card numbers or banking credentials. Stripe's handling of billing details is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

ThermalCrop does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
